Questions Before You Buy
Where is the set made and how long does delivery take?
All sets are sewn by hand at our workshop in Brovary, Kyiv region. Production and dispatch takes 1–3 business days. We guarantee shipment within this timeframe; actual delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.
Does the embroidery colour match the photos?
We photograph our sets in natural daylight to represent colours as accurately as possible. Minor variation may occur due to screen differences. Embroidery threads are colourfast.
Is the fabric suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Ranforce is a naturally hypoallergenic fabric with no chemical additives. The embroidery threads are also hypoallergenic. The set is suitable even for children's beds.
How should I wash an embroidered set?
Wash at 40°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach — chlorine-based products damage embroidery threads. Iron inside out, avoiding the embroidery. Colours remain vibrant after washing.
Can I return the set?
Under Ukrainian law (Government Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994), bed linen is non-returnable as a product of satisfactory quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve it on an individual basis.
How can I pay for my order?
Online payment at checkout: bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. Cash on delivery is currently not available.
