This Refund and Return Policy describes how Supreme Rest (hereinafter – "Shop", "we", "our" or "us") handles return and refund requests related to purchases made on the website supreme-rest.com.ua (hereinafter – "Site").

Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the return and refund terms set forth below.

Returns of Quality Goods

In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994, bedding, pillows, blankets, mattresses, and other personal hygiene items are not subject to exchange or return if they are of proper quality.

This means that we do not accept returns of quality goods, even if the packaging was undamaged or the product was unused.

Returns of Defective Goods

If you received a product with a factory defect, damage during shipping, or one that does not match your order, you are entitled to:

  • exchange for the same product at no additional charge;

  • full refund;

  • individual resolution (e.g., partial compensation).

Conditions for accepting a defective product return:

  • You reported the problem no later than 3 days after receiving the order.

  • You provided photos of the defect or damage, as well as the condition of the packaging.

  • The product was not used (except to discover the defect).

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@supreme-rest.com, providing the order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

  2. After confirmation, we will provide the return address.

  3. Send the product in its original packaging, keeping all labels intact.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a defect – all shipping costs are covered by the Shop.

  • For returns that do not meet the above conditions – shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Refund Timeline

After inspecting the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at checkout within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.
