Question about the certificate

• How to obtain a digital certificate?
  After payment, you will receive a PDF file with a unique code to the specified email. This usually takes 1–2 hours during business hours. If you haven't received the email, please check your "Spam" folder or contact us.
• How do I redeem a certificate code?
  Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the code in the "Promo Code or Gift Certificate" field. The amount will be automatically deducted from the certificate balance.
• What if the order amount is greater than the face value?
  You can pay the difference using any convenient payment method. The remaining balance on the certificate is retained and can be used for future purchases within its validity period.
• Can a digital certificate be given directly as a gift?
  Yes. Specify the recipient's email when placing the order or forward the PDF file yourself. You can also print the certificate and deliver it in person.
• How long is the certificate valid?
  1 year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is indicated on the certificate itself. If you did not manage to use it, please contact us, and we will try to resolve the issue individually.
