Where is the set manufactured and how long does delivery take?
All sets are hand-sewn in our workshop in Brovary (Kyiv region). Manufacturing and shipping take 1-3 business days. We guarantee to ship your order within these timeframes, but the delivery itself depends on your location and the delivery service.
Does the color match what's in the photo?
We are very careful with photographs. We shoot the sets in daylight to convey the color as accurately as possible. However, every phone or computer screen displays colors differently, so slight variations are possible
Is the fabric suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, this fabric is naturally hypoallergenic and free from harmful chemicals, making it ideal for sensitive skin and people prone to allergies.
How can I change the set's configuration?
The basic set consists of a fitted sheet (1 pc./with elastic or without, as per your choice), pillowcases (2 pcs.), and a duvet cover (1 pc.). We can easily make additional pillowcases/duvet covers/sheets for you, even with different parameters. And we can also add elements like ruffles, "ears" on the edges of the products, if you want your bedding to have an unusual look.
Can I return the set?
In accordance with CMU Resolution №172 of 19.03.1994, bedding is not subject to return or exchange as an item of proper quality. However, if you received an item with a manufacturing defect or the package contents do not match your order, please write to us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will certainly resolve this issue on an individual basis.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment is made fully online when placing an order — this allows us to quickly confirm and dispatch your order without delays.
Available payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. Cash on delivery is not currently available.
